I am Chinelo Enwonwu, a pharmacist, Certified Health Education Specialist, and health coach. My practice has slowly shifted from focusing solely on medicals and pharmaceuticals to incorporating holistic and nutritional approaches to health and wellness. The Fiber Shop was born out of my own experience of the benefits of fiber during pregnancy. Since then, I am determined to share my insights, knowledge and expertise so as to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle.
